If I make contact, what happens next?

You should receive a response within 1-2 business days.

We will have a short discussion to determine what therapist you would work with best. We’ll also check to see if your scheduling needs match up with their availability, and check to see if we are in network with your insurance.

We will give you a general quote of what you can expect to pay out of pocket with your insurance.

If everything works out, we will schedule your first appointment within 1-2 weeks of your initial contact.

You will receive an email to set up the client portal, and you can fill out all additional forms online before your initial assessment.

If it is not looking like our practice can meet your needs, we will give you other referrals. It’s that simple
